This hour long class, in the style of America's renowned YogaWorks studio founded by Maty Ezraty and Chuck Miller, is strengthening and refreshing to body, mind and spirit. Taught with attention to detail and precision of alignment within yoga poses, the class will leave the student feeling restored, toned, peaceful and ready to face the world.

Foundations & Fundamentals of Yoga. A Challenging and fun class for all! Covering Dynamic Classical Yoga Foundation, Form & Method within a basics level flowing practice for maximum benefit and covering the basics of Dynamic Flow practice over a series of focuses that are taught cyclically. Gives a strong and solid foundation of Yoga.

FOR: Suitable for Beginners or those returning to Yoga after a break.

An Ashtanga-based class going over the fundamentals of classical Ashtanga Yoga practice with focus on building/re-building core strength, increasing flexibility and stability, breathwork and relaxation techniques.

Note this class is now at an EARLIER TIME from the 1st JUNE.

This strong Dynamic Flow Core Yoga practice incorporates both posture and breath work with flow (ullola) to cultivate core and abdominal strength critical for developing your practice. FOR: Beginners/Intermediates

This class is filled with a sense of ease and precision. Body and breath join to create an ebb and flow of movement where once again we reunite. Lengthening, strengthening, listening and creating consciousness. Each breath we take, each move we make draws us nearer to the source. Fears & troubles melt away while we settle our inner gaze upon our breath and the asana. All levels are welcome. The class is aimed to be medium in its intensity, for beginners & intermediate students.

A strong class introducing and reviewing the basis for the specific sequence of yoga postures known as "the primary series." This class incorporates breath and movement and gives a solid foundation and basis of the classical Ashtanga Yoga System.

FOR: Mixed levels with experience and a strong foundation in classical Ashtanga Yoga.
A strong and flowing class for more experienced students taking them a strong "primary series" based practice as taught in the classical Ashtanga Yoga System. Ashtanga Yoga is often referred to as "Power Yoga" in a modern context.

DROP-IN FEES for ALL Regular Yoga Classes unless otherwise noted in Timetable.

ANNUAL CLASS MEMBERSHIP with RANI
. Annual Advance/Pay in full in advance and save € 650.00
. Annual Half & Half/Pay half and half in advance Two payments of € 350.00
One first day of 1st month (350) and the second on the 1st day of the 6th month (350) of membership (total € 700.00)
. Annual Monthly/Pay by direct debit monthly € 60.00 per month (total € 720.00)


Annual Membership Does not include yoga for pregnancy, mum & baby classes, workshops, saturday intensives &/ or trainings or master classes.

WHAT ARE MY ANNUAL SAVINGS IF I ATTEND RANI'S CLASSES ON MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS?
Annual students save! With Annual Advance get about 18-classes for "free", Annual Half & Half get about 13-classes for "free", Annual Monthly get about 11-classes for "free" as a reward for their commitment.

The breakdown is as follows: Rani will have a total of 83 days (166 classes) in 2010. Her two Monday evening classes are held 40 times and her two Wednesday lunchtime and evening classes are held 43 times in 2010. This calculation take into account all closures and time off including all Bank Holidays, her August month break and the Christmas and New Years studio closing times. Note: Their will be some other occasional times when a substitute teacher will cover (usually due to Rani's work-related travel, etc.,) but her classes will continue as scheduled at these times.

Annual membership requires a 1-year commitment with No cancellations, No transfers, No refunds, No extensions.

You may not "freeze" your membership at anytime, with the exception of due a serious illness or health issue, in which case a one month freeze maximum is permitted once per annual membership with doctors notice and the "freeze" must be taken as the one full month at the one time. Any other issues are dealt with individually at the discretion of Rani.

MATS ARE FREE!
Always nice and better to have your own, but there are some mats available to borrow should you need to (on a first-come first-serve basis.)

CAN I DROP-IN TO CLASSES? YES!
Lunchtime Drop-ins are very welcome, and there is usually always space.
Evening Drop-ins are welcome if space permits.

Class Attendance with Flexibility and Community
With Class/Course Packs and Anuual Memberships your place(s) is booked into your specific requested class/course(s), however should you miss your class unexpectedly due to illness, unforseen work conflict, etc., you are encouraged to float to another class during the same week on another day as a "make-up" class. Rani and all the teachers at YOGASPACE feel this is much better than missing out and helps to keep everyone in the flow! Please do inform the teacher of the class you missed so they know and/or can let the teacher of class you hope to float into know to expect you; you will always be welcome space permitting. This gives you more flexibility and supports our yoga community!

POLICIES & NOTES
COURSES/CLASSES: With All classes you have pre-paid for a specificied class/course pack over a specified time period and students' places are booked into that specific class/course (or courses). Class fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable. However, there is flexibility and should you need to float to another regular yoga classes during the same week at YOGASPACE, (See 'Class Atendance with Flexibility and Community' above.)

Participation: Yoga is a physical and mental activity requiring effort and focus. It is understood when booking and/or attending any classes or events at Yogaspace that you take full responsibility for participating in all activities, and for all liability and risk. Please do inform instructors of any limitations, special needs and/or injuries, and work within your current ability.

Fees: All fees are non-refundable. All Course Fees, Drop-in Fees & Course Packs & Annual Memberships are non-refundable, non-extendable & non-transferable to another individual, and must be used within the specified time period. HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE! Should a very special circumstances arise - death in the family or serious illness/injury - please contact your teacher at the time of the incident or as soon as possible to inform them and to discuss possible options as they cannot retroactively refund or extend class packs.
