Learn and Practice Mindful Meditation & Relaxation.

Each session includes one 20 minute and one 15 minute practice, with guided meditations, mindful breath, focus/intention and relaxation. Classes provide the opportunity for anyone to learn different meditation techniques and explore areas of focus.

These Meditation classes are for anyone who would like to reap the benefits of taking regular headspace from the hustle and bustle of life, and who would like to learn how to bring this joy generating habit into their everyday life in small, simple and sustainable ways!

Rani shares 20 years experience from her own journey of meditation studies and exploration of Yogic, Vipassana, Gelupa (Tong-Len), Loving Kindness, Sound (Nada) and Energetic traditions.

  • 28 MAY 2017 / The Hips don’t Lie! HIP OPENERS & GENTLE YOGA FLOW. This yogarani workshop will focus on sequences to open hips and release tension, gentle Dynamic Rasa yoga flow and a brief guided meditation to close the session, generate joy & feel good.Hip openers are so good for you, physically, mentally and energetically. The hips don’t lie! Releasing tension that we hold in the hips feels good, and as lower back pain can stem from tight hips and buttocks, focusing on hip opening brings a deep softening to key areas of the body where we often hold stress.
  • 25 JUNE 2017 / CHARITY FUNDRAISER - DYNAMIC CORE WORKSHOP in support of Action Aide. This yogarani workshop will include core awakening sequences, gentle Dynamic Rasa Flow yoga & Mindful Movement, and a brief guided meditation to close the session, generate joy & feel good. Full workshop fee will be donated to Action Aide.
  • 23 JULY 2017 / SHOULDERS, HEART/CHEST OPENERS & GENTLE YOGA FLOW. This yogarani workshop will focus on sequences to release tension in the shoulders and open the heart and chest, gentle Dynamic Rasa yoga flow, and a brief guided meditation to close the session, generate joy & feel good. Shoulders are one of the most common areas of the body to hold stress. Many of us who sit at desks all day or spend time behind the wheel commuting know that the shoulders can become tense and need attention. Yoga and movement that focuses on the shoulders is an amazing way to release this tension, to open the heart and chest, and reset your body to invite relaxation physically, mentally and energetically.

    Fee: 30.00 for each workshop
