Yoga was traditionally taught by one teacher to a one or two students which laid the basis for building the student-teacher relationship. This kept focus on the importance of individualising each experience to meet the needs, capacity and development of each student.

Each personal session with Rani is tailored to your specific needs and is designed to include the specific practices and approaches with each individual clientsí personal needs in mind Ė whether itís mental, emotional, spiritual and/or physical.

As such, sessions may include: guided yoga posture practices, mindful movement, breath techniques, somatic movements, relaxation, guided meditations and food & lifestyle tips as appropriate.

And while working with Rani in larger groups does have an fantastic energy and atmosphere of their own, the benefits of individualised attention and guidance in private sessions is vital, focused and highly beneficial.

Private and Semi-Private sessions are the perfect way to work with any special concerns, issues, conditions and goals - Or perhaps you simply want the convenience, extra pesonal attention and privacy of practicing in your own space.

All private clients, all sessions and all information is kept strictly confidential with personal sessions custom taliored and guided to meet clients needs, conditions and/or specific challenges. Sessions draw from expertise, skills and techniques which Rani has cultivated and developed over 20 years.

Private one-to-one Sessions and Semi-Private Sessions (for couples/friends) are avaliable by prior appointment, and arranged directly with Rani.
