Dynamic Flow Yoga is a vibrant, energetic and rounded-holistic approach which embodies the internal and external dynamic and the rhythmic flow of yoga.

Rooted in the Yoga Sutras of Pantanjali and in Tantra, Dynamic Flow is cultivated by Rani with influence from many traditions including vinyasa (or flowing) asana practice and from Godfrey Devereux's Dynamic teaching method.

Students are encouraged to cultivate their awareness of the inherit intelligence of the bodymind and are empowered to embrace and experience the Dynamic Flow.

Dynamic Flow...

Do Yoga, Feel Good, Help Others, Be Happy.
Be Honest, Open, Sensitive, Intimate and Generous.
You are perfect exactly as you are.
Be present.
Embrace the ever-changing flow of life.

"Lokah Namaha Sukino Bhavantu"

May all beings be free and happy, and may my thoughts, words and deeds
contribute in some way to that freedom and happiness.

Maria-Goretti Caldwell

Ashtanga Yoga. Tuesdays 6:15pm - 7.30pm

Maria writes:
"I've been practising yoga since 2000, and have been teaching since 2004. Initially a student of hatha flow yoga, I came to yoga as many do, for stress relief and relaxation. A couple of years later, taking my first Ashtanga Vinyasa class, I discovered a style of yoga that was challenging and rewarding, mentally, spiritually and physically. This practise of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga improved my health, fitness for other activities, emotional balance – it has changed my life.

As my practise developed, so did my interest in yoga practise and philosophy outside of asana. This led me to my teacher and mentor Paul Dallaghan, and I qualified as a teacher from his training in 2003. I have since acquired over 800 hours training in teaching asana, as well as in pranayama, philosophy, nutrition and sanskrit chanting.

Through Paul and his Guru, Sri O.P. Tewari, I've also become a practitioner of Pranayama, a powerful and transformative breathwork practise.

I have a committed Ashtanga and pranayama practice, and I am thankful for the inspiration, guidance and help of my teachers Paul Dallaghan, and Sri O.P Tewari with whom I continue to study and train on a regular basis.

My style of teaching is grounded in the belief that yoga is a tool to support ones life. Taking one hour out for oneself is such a treasure in todays hectic and pressure filled society. These moments are to be enjoyed and are an opportunity to grow on an internal personal level, as well as improve ones physical body, building core strength, flexibility, stamina, and ultimately, health."
