Yoga Sessions with Rani and Surf Lessons (all equipment included) with Irish Surfing Assocation qualified instructors (who also have many years experience life guarding & surfing local waves.) We will be staying in the friendly and comfy accomodation at TurfnSurf Lodge in Bundoran, Co.Donegal, making new friends, and having a brilliant time!
The schedule will be roughly as follows (but may be subject to some change): Friday 6:00pm to 7:30pm Arrival. 01 NOVEMBER to 08 NOVEMBER 2008 | YOGARANI Yoga & Surfing HOLIDAY on the island of LANZAROTE! COST: € 650.00 (€200 deposit to hold your place)*BOOK IN ADVANCE. We will be staying in a beautiful and protected village on the North-West coast of the small island of Lanzarote. Lanzarote is 56 miles long, 20 miles wide and is totally volcanic; producing a surreal yet beautiful landscape. The island is part of the World Biosphere and is left very much in its natural state. We stay by what is considered by many to be its most beautiful beach. Average water temperatures are ideal; in winter 18C and 25C in summer...Lanzarote has been called the Hawaii of Europe! This YOGARANI YogaSurf Holiday includes all of the following:
Our accommodation is in comfortable 2 or 3 bedrooms apartments scattered throughout the village giving the perfect balance for those wanting quiet time and with plenty of time and opportunity to socialise as well! All apartment have spacious living rooms and well-equipped kitchens (and all linen is supplied.) Rooms will vary from shared with two twin beds in a room, with some double bedrooms available for couples. Single Room Supplement is available at additional cost of €200 for those who wish to have a bedroom to themselves. Dynamic Yoga sessions to charge you up and chill you out! Morning and Evening Yoga sessions with Rani on a roof terrace (Breakfast is daily after yoga in the apartment below.) Breakfast Daily Breakfast will include fresh fruits, yoghurt, nuts, honey & porridge to fuel you up for a day in the surf! 5 Surf Lessons & all equipment AND Lunch on the beach on surf days. 
Surf Lessons are with ISA (International Surfing Association) certified instructors. All Instructors are themselves skilled Surfers. (Check out Tim in the photo above!) They hold British Surfing Association Level 1 and 2 qualifications and in addition to this they are either Royal Life Saving Society or Surf Live Saving Association Qualified Beach Lifeguards. These qualifications are reassessed constantly insuring that at all times not only do you have a highly skilled Instructor working with you but the security of knowing that you are cared for by Qualified Beach Lifeguards. A typical day might include the following (but may be subject to some change and variation): 
- 8.00am to 9:15am Dynamic Yoga session on roof terrace.- 9:15am to 10:15am Nourishing breakfast. - 10:30am to 3:30pm Surfing & Beach time (Lunch on the beach is included on surf days) - 3:30pm to 5:15pm Freetime - 5.30pm to 6:30pm Dynamic Yoga and/or Meditation session - 6:30pm onwards, the evening is your own. Eat dinner out or cook in your apartment * There will be some time "off " mid-week from Yoga and/or Surfing to relax and sleep-in. Arrive Saturday the 1st November anytime in the afternoon/evening, the first Yoga session is on Sunday morning. The last Yoga session will be Friday morning, the last Surf lesson will be Friday afternoon. On Saturday (the last day) there is no Yoga or Surfing before heading home. The following is NOT included:

Please check Visa requirements for other countries. NOTES & CONDITIONS: When booking a € 200.00 deposit holds your place for 6-weeks before the holiday, this is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remainder is due 6-weeks before the holiday. Bookings made less than 6-weeks before arrival require payment in full at time of booking.
