An amazing weekend of Yoga & Surfing includes:
4 Dynamic Flow Yoga Sessions with Rani, 2 Surf Lessons, All surf equipment and transport to and from the surf, 2 nights Accomodation, Delicous breakfasts both days, Post-Surf Lunch on Saturday and Gourmet 3-course Dinner out at charming Maddens Bridge Restaurant on Saturday night (drinks not included).

A truly fun-filled weekend of for yogis and surfers of all levels - from beginners to experienced (Surf clinics and hardboards lessons are available on request for more experienced surfers, ask for details. Yoga taught for all/mixed levels.)
Dynamic Flow Yoga Sessions are with Rani and Surf Lessons are with TurfnSurf Irish Surfing Association qualified instructors (who also have many years experience life guarding & surfing local waves.) We will be staying in the friendly and comfy accomodation at TurfnSurf Lodge in Bundoran, Co.Donegal, making new friends, and having a brilliant time! With many folks coming back to join us again and again.
The daily schedule will be roughly as follows (but may be subject to some change dependent of surf conditions):
Friday
Anytime after 6:00pm Check-in & settle in
8:00pm YOGA
Saturday
9am YOGA session
10:45am Breakfast
12pm SURF Lesson (or Surf clinic for more experienced surfers)
2:30pm Lunch and Chill out time
5:30pm Post-Surf YOGA to Revitalise and Relax
8pm Evening Meal at Madden's Bridge Bar(This delicious meal is included!)
