TEACHER TRAINING PRE-REQUISITES
Our 3-week program is open to students with at least two years of active study in asana-based Yoga practices.
Additionally, all applicants will have completed one Dynamic Rasa Flow™ Immersive Embodiment Week or will do so before attending the teacher training residential programme. (The Immersive Embodiment weeks are open to all students!)
ABOUT THE IMMERSIVE EMBODIMENT RETREAT WEEKS
Dynamic Rasa Flow™ Immersive Embodiment Weeks (under yogarani's Global Yoga Soul™ Retreats & Holidays) are open to practitioners of all levels. This week covers the foundations of form, method and practice of Dynamic Rasa Flow™ Yoga.
One need not be a teacher, or even wish to teach to attend, in fact many attend these Immersive Embodiment Retreats to getaway and to simply deepen and develop their own yoga practice.
However, these weeks have been developed for students who intend to go on to do teacher training. This ensures all teacher trainees have a common, solid foundation in the Dynamic Rasa Flow™ Yoga approach from which they can evolve and grow into a deep understanding through direct experience of Yoga.
Successful applicants into the teacher training programme must attend one Dynamic Rasa Flow™ Yoga Immersive Embodiment week before commencing on the 3-week Teacher Training programme.
An Immersive Embodiment week can usually be attended immediately before the 3-week teacher training, for a continuous month of yoga study. Alternatively, study can be done at separate times, with the Immersive Embodiment week being completed in advance of the Teacher Training at any time, but up to a maximum of two years prior to doing training.
