YOGA AND SURFING LEVELS & EXPERIENCE
A truly fun-filled weekend of for yogis and surfers of ALL Levels - from beginners to experienced.
Yoga taught for all/mixed levels. Surf Lessons are taught for levels from total beginners to improving surfers.
Note For experienced surfers: Surf clinics and/or hardboards lessons are available on request, please email Yogarani at: info_@_yogarani.net in advance to ask for details and make arrangements. This may be an extra cost depending on what your specific surf needs and requirements are.
Yoga sessions and for the May and July 2011 weekends will be with the amazing Jennifer Keegan (Dynamic Yoga Teacher in Dublin) who is filling in on these two weekends while Rani is away on other ventures. All Surf Lessons are with TurfnSurf Irish Surfing Association qualified instructors (who also have many years experience life guarding & surfing local waves.)
ACCOMODATION
Accomodation is in shared rooms, all rooms are ensuite. We will match you wth a roommate if you are comng on your own as many people do on our weekends are or if you are coming with a friend or as a couple please let us know when booking so we can organise your room.
We will be staying in the friendly and comfy accomodation at TurfnSurf Lodge in Bundoran, Co.Donegal, making new friends, and having a brilliant time! With many folks coming back to join us again and again.
SCHEDULE The daily schedule will be roughly as follows (but may be subject to some change dependent of surf conditions):

8:00pm YOGA SESSION
Saturday
9am YOGA session
10:45am Breakfast
12pm SURF Lesson
2:30pm Lunch and Chill out time
5:30pm Post-Surf YOGA to Revitalise and Relax
8pm Evening Meal at Madden's Bridge Bar (This delicious meal is included!)
